I paid, but the app still shows the free limit
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases . If it still doesn’t unlock, make sure you’re signed in with the Apple ID that bought the subscription, then write to us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → PewPewScan → Cancel. We can’t cancel or refund it for you — Apple handles billing. Refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com .
A card was recognised wrong
You can fix the parallel or re‑link the card from its detail screen. Send us the player, set and year plus what it should have been — misses like this go straight into improving recognition.
Scanning misses cards
Even, indirect light and a matte surface work best; glossy refractors need the light off to one side. Lay cards flat with a gap between them and sweep slowly enough that each card is fully in frame for a moment.
Delete my data
Deleting the app removes your whole collection from the device. For the records tied to your device ID on our server, pick Privacy request above and include that ID. See the Privacy Policy .
